An excellent book to read when designing a socially-empowered web application. Like the other 37 Signals books, it mostly reinforced my ideas on what makes a good web application work but also gave me a couple of really good ways on looking at certain social elements with a different perspective.

The most valuable piece of information I found in this book was trying to determine what is truly valuable to users in a web application using the AOF (Activities-Objects-Features) method.

Really good read. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to design for Web 2.0 and beyond.
